Q: What's that thing under the eggs in most of your photos?

A: It's a shelf liner - everyone should use one when hatching with tabletop incubators. The surface is too slick and would increase the risk of splayed legs in chicks.

Q: Can I choose a different color than what I picked?

A: Yes, but your order might take longer to complete if I already started working with the previous color. i.e. if I am in the middle of a 6-hour job, I cannot just stop and change colors. I have to wait until it's done.

Q: Can I pay you half of what I owe and the rest later?

A: If you live in Connecticut and are picking up your order in person, yes.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, yes. If it's already been shipped, you'll have to wait for the package to arrive

Q: I got something shipped from you, but changed my mind. Can I return it?

A: Due to the nature of the product and for biosecurity, I cannot accept returns from OPENED packages if you change your mind. As soon as a package is opened, I can no longer confirm whether it is safe to sell to another hatcher. You are more than welcome to try and sell your order on any social media sites. All packages must be returned to me at your expense and will be inspected upon arrival. I have the right to deny your refund if the original tape/seals have been tampered with. If you have other issues with your order after opening it, PLEASE reach out to me!
